There are houses for those wanting to live in a golf community, a gated community, or an equestrian commmunity. Most of Placentia’s neighborhoods fall within our defintion of a mid level neighbohood. You won’t find many multi million dollar estate neighborhoods in Placentia and there are only a few communities we’d classify as entry level.
