Charmaine is a Cal State University Fullerton graduate and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing. She was an active member of the American Marketing Association and hired as a Social Media contributor directly out of college.

Charmaine originally worked as part of the marketing team for the FOUST Team and discovered that she has a passion for real estate. After 2 years of real estate training, she decided to acquire her real estate salespersons license and is now actively selling, listing, and leasing homes. She carries an ambitious work ethic and adds a unique value offering to the FOUST Team line of service professionals.

In addition to bringing a fresh feminine perspective to the sales team, Charmaine adds to the diversity of spoken language by being fluent in Tagalog. One of her most evident qualities is her extroverted personality, a trait that serves her well networking and communicating. What many may miss is that Charmaine has become quite the expert at identifying good homes listed for sale. She has spent numerous hours looking at and analyzing houses and the FOUST Real Estate Sales Team has come to trust her judgment in identifying “deals” for even their most discriminating clients.
